Antique sterling silver match vesta case necklace pendant made in Birminham, England in 1912. This is an amazing example with extensive carving throughout and an unengraved initial plate on the front. Absolutely stunning patina and design. Strong hinge. The hallmarks (pictured) are located on the inside when opened and show a lion, an anchor, and the lowercase letter "n", denoting Birmingham and English origin and a date of 1912. Approximately 1 3/4" tall " x 1 1/4 wide". 21 grams in weight.
