JOHN HOLTE-Radio Rhythm: The Music of John Holte Double CD

John Holte was an influential tastemaker who brought attention to the Big Band and Swing revivals starting with his first outfit, the New Deal Rhythm Band in 1972. This double CD consists of 33 tracks, and includes John's other outfits including Swingland Express, The John Holte Swing Band, and the Radio Rhythm Orchestra.  Holte was a towering presence over Seattle's jazz scene of the last quarter of the 20th century Original Cast Recordings OCCD-016-2 (2004)
