They were unboxed for storage and the arms were positioned in such a way that they left an indentation in the body of the chair. Once the arms are moved into a normal operating position the creases will slowly disappear, however, it is possible that small imperfections will still be visible after a few days. We will pack them securely in a new box for shipping. Please see pictures for representative blemishes that might be seen on the chairs.
