Paradise Valley Mall

Paradise Valley Mall opened in 1978 with three anchor tenants: JCPenney, Goldwater's, and Diamond's. By the early 2000s, higher-income shoppers became more inclined to shop at newer, more upscale facilities. The mall slowly declined over the years and finally closed its doors for good in 2021. The property will soon be home to the PV, a new mixed-use facility with office, retail, and residential. 52% combed and ring spun cotton, 48% polyester, preshrunk, 4.2 oz., for that super soft feel.
