Wrap Cape Top

A flowing, sleeveless top that wraps in front and falls as a loose cape in back. The top slips on easily over the shoulders and closes with a fabric tie hidden underneath the back cape. Adjust the looseness or tightness of the front drape as you wish!   Made in New York City. 100% rayon. Wash in cold water and hang dry.  *Made to order.
