2021 :Nota Bene Dineen Vineyard White Blend – Yakima Valley

This Southern Rhône-style white blend is a product of our appreciation for these varietals. They show a character rich in tropical fruits and an acidity and silky mouthfeel that leads to a pleasing finish. Raised with five days of skin contact and natural fermentation in oak barrels, the wine shows a complex display of bouquets that pair easily with stews and sauces from our part of the world.
