2024:Nota Bene Rosé - Arianses Vineyard - Wahluke Slope
Two Rhône-style varietals are blended in our first rosé from this charming artisan vineyard. The soft and delicate red-fruit flavors of strawberry and raspberry are enhanced with the muscular tension of dark-berry fruits from the Mourvèdre, developed in a five-day skin contact session before pressing. A slow, natural fermentation in our cold room, followed by sûr lies aging, prepare this wine for resting in a proper cellar. | Bottled 7/18/2025 | 82 cases produced | Alcohol 13.90% | pH X.3.69, TA 4.54 g/L | Sustainable WA 75% Grenache (Arianses Vineyard) 25% Mourvèdre (Arianses Vineyard) Barrels: This wine was barrel fermented and aged in a seasoned French oak barrel by Artisan Barrel and another of seasoned American oak by A & K in addition to a stainless Meuller barrel for 10 months prior to bottling.
