Tasting Notes: Passion Fruit, Black Tea, Clementine   Process: Natural Region: Sidama Zone: Shantawene Variety: Heirloom Elevation: 1600-2300 MASL This bright and perfectly sweet tart balanced Ethiopia is a top favorite of ours. The passion fruit note is the most prominent bringing a smooth and tart flavor, the black tea adding a nice rich flavor, and lastly the clementine finishes with sweetness and a light floral note. Overall we have been impressed with its diversity. It works well as espresso, pour over, or drip, each method bringing out the notes in different ways.
