This wine comes from vines that are over 80 years old. Pruned using a loader and planted at high density. Traditional irrigation through sloping furrows. Well-developed root system. Alluvial soil, sandy loam texture, with a bed of large pebble stones interspersed with smaller angular stones. The exceptional health of the fruit stands out, providing well-structured wines with great balance and concentration of flavors. Pale yellow colour with greenish tones. On the nose it is fresh, with hints of orange blossom and green tea.
