Classic Congrats Grad Helium Balloon Bouquet

CLASSIC CONGRATS GRAD HELIUM BOUQUET  Includes: 4 Latex Helium Balloons (2 white with Congrats Grad in black lettering and the other two are clear latex balloons with black confetti inside)  This bouquet sits on a bubble base of balloons in black/silver with your choice of a foil balloon graduation cap, silver star or gold star.  If you would like to change colors of the base balloons or do solid latex colors instead of the confetti filled please note in additional details or else it will be made as it.  It is recommended to pick up helium balloons the day of or day prior to your event. If you are picking up the day prior, please make a note so we can add hi-float to ensure they last.
