New Years Oysters

Divine Pines are officially back! Present on our farm when the water temperatures are low, the salinity levels are high, and the growing conditions are just right. Utilizing a technique we coin as "Oyster Permaculture" our farm crew works to enhance the health and density of the this natural phenomena. Every oyster coming off our farm right now is a Divine Pine. Choose between Cocktail size (small, best enjoyed raw) or our Select size (medium, still great raw, but better meat integrity for cooking) or Roasters (large, great for cooking over an open fire).  Select at Checkout for Oyster Barn Pick-up or Next Day Shipping. All Shipping orders will be sent out Monday December 29 for Tuesday December 30 delivery. Oysters will stay fresh for up to 10 days if properly stored in refrigerator or on ice in drainable cooler.
