With nothing connected to the meter and the meter set to OHM measurement, you can hear a relay inside constantly clicking and the screen shows various values including "overload". When the meter is connected to a 200ohm resistor, it measures between 0.00035 to 0.00500 ohms and does not stay steady.  Cosmetically in fair/poor condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. Includes Benchtop Multimeter front/rear bumpers and handle as pictured. No additional items or accessories are included. Unless pictured, no power adapter / power cable included.
