Specific problems include failing to pick up tips and encountering critical errors related to digital signal processing (DSP, error code 17). The shaker and all axes are functional, and the software communicates with the instrument without any problems. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit. We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
