No returns or exchanges are accepted. Condition For parts or not working Description Unit powers on, but we do not have a balance controller, and the balance controller cable is also missing. When powered on, the gray plastic side panel moves back and forth; however, the side panel on the opposite side is broken off. Additionally, there is some broken plastic on the front and around other areas of the unit. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit. We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.See all item photos for the condition of the unit.
