This is a gorgeous velvet fabric that has beautiful stretch.  The nap of the velvet is low, meaning it doesn't have a plush feeling of some velvets. The weight of the fabric is light to medium--maybe a tad thicker than a t-shirt fabric.The colors are stunning and have a beautiful shimmer.  We recommend handwashing or delicate wash inside out.
