It would appear that late spring is here and I am surely prepared! I began off my day with an invigorating shake that contains my morning espresso, protein, and solid fats (don't fear fats, you all!). Goodness, and it was DELICIOUS. This smoothie is a hit with everybody who makes it! To fabricate an ideal smoothie, you need it to be supplement thick, rich, and not very thin. Ingredients1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice1/2 cup freshly brewed organic coffee or cold brew, place in the fridge for 10 minutes1 frozen banana1 scoop protein powder (I like Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides)1/2 tablespoon chia seedsOptional: 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choiceOptional: Handful of ice cubesDirectionsJoin all ingredients in a fast blender. Mix until velvety. Taste and include extra sweeter if necessary.   "I only did this recipe for a few days" How Did This Recipe Get Me So Tiny?
