Pressure Relief Herbal Tea Blend
Bring respite to a pounding head or sinus pressure. Naturally caffeine-free. Handcrafted with chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm, catnip, gingko biloba, lavender, cinnamon, and ginger (all organic). Approximately 30-40 servings of tea depending on amount used. To use: Place 1/2 to 1 TBSP of herbal blend into tea infuser or directly into mug. Pour 8-10 oz of gently boiling water over herbal blend. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, covered. Remove infuser or strain loose tea through fine sieve. Add raw honey if desired. **Herbs may be steeped for a second time! To make iced, use 1 TBSP and add ice after straining.
