Null Ridge Premium Beef Grass-Finished Belted Galloway Beef has been raised and finished on native prairie grasses out at the ranch. The beef is free from antibiotics, feed additives, growth hormones, grain, and feed bi-products. Grass Finished Belted Galloway Beef is Dry-Aged for fourteen days. Flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed for optimal freshness. This package will average 115 lbs of beef cuts from steaks, roasts, ground beef, and slow-smoking cuts like brisket.
