Frame Repair or Replacement Service

NOTICE: This service is only available after a NURILENS staff member has reviewed your inquiry and approved the repair/replacement service. If you have not yet done so, please click here to fill out our inquiry form. Please select the frames for which you need a repair or replacement. After you successfully submit payment for the repair/replacement service, you will receive the address of our Optical Team to ship your frames. Once you have dispatched your frames, please provide us with the tracking number to facilitate the service. Shipping costs to our warehouse or optical lab are at the customer's expense.
