Postpartum + Yoga Immersion Course
Similar to our Birth Prep and Yoga Immersion course, we will be combining postpartum preparation and yoga into a 1.5 hour course on Saturday morning at 10am for a month for a total of 6 hours! During this course, you will learn about basic anatomy of the postpartum body and baby, alignment, postpartum yoga yoga, and some key information of newborn care, breastfeeding, and healing the body with herbs, yoga, rest and breath work. Feel free to bring your baby and a partner if you'd like, after all we all are parents here and totally get it! Feeding of any kind, poopy diapers and tiny human snuggles and tears are welcomed and encouraged:) Each class will begin with breath work, gentle yoga stretch and guided relaxation, then we will settle in and have an interactive and discussion based learning experience with activities, movement, and ending with questions and a mini game for prizes.
