Salted Caramel Ganache

Sweet or salty?  Why not a little bit of both.  Our salted caramel ganache is a blend of caramel and milk chocolate with Fleur de sel salt blended in.  This is a very soft filling encased in a milk chocolate shell.  This comes in 4 or 8 piece boxes.     4 piece box - Net weight:  1.8 oz.  Packaged in black box.8 piece box - Net weight:  3.6 oz  Packaged in classic black box and silver bow.  IngredientsMilk chocolate (cane sugar, full cream milk, cocoa butter, cacao beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans).  Caramel (cream, sugar, glucose syrup, butter (cream), water, Fleur de sel salt, vanilla). Design (cocoa butter, FD&C lakes or dyes: Blue #1, Blue #2, Red #40, Yellow #5, Yellow #6). Contains MILK.
