Grand Marnier Ganache

Our Grand Mariner ganache is a festive treat to end (start?) the day.  These make for a nice item to pass around with coffee after a delicious dinner.  Made with 2 kinds of dark chocolate and a good dose of Grand Marnier.  A sophisticated treat.  Available in 4 or 8 heart size pieces or our standard 12 bite size piece boxes. 4 piece box - Net weight:  1.8 oz - Packaged in a black box.                                   8 piece box - Net weight:  3.6 oz - Packaged in a black box and silver bow.                                                                                       12 piece bite size box - Net weight:  3.6 oz - Packaged in a black box. Ingredients 57% and 64% Dark Chocolate (Cacao beans, unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla, and vanilla beans), cream, Grand Marnier (40% alcohol - 51% Cognac, 49% orange liqueur), invert sugar, glucose, sorbitol, butter, cocoa butter, natural orange oil.  Design (cacao butter, FD&C lakes
