Gorilla Mind Single Arm Rope Attachment

The Gorilla Mode Single Arm Rope Attachment is one of our favorite cable attachments to keep in our gym bags for single-arm cable hammer curls, tricep extensions and overhead tricep extensions.  The standard rope attachment is a staple accessory and can be found at most gyms. However, gyms often won’t carry a single-arm rope attachment, which is why we created our own, branded with the Gorilla Mode Emblem and original Gorilla Mind colors.
