Variety Pack A (Ribeye)

Please use the drop down menu above to choose which type of beef you want (fullblood, f1 ('American Wagyu'), etc) Can't decide?  We'll help.  In this variety pack you'll receive: Ribeyes, ~2lbs total, typically 2 ribeyes Steaks, ~2lbs total, will be 1 or 2 of the following:  sirloin, london broil, cutlets. Roasts, ~4lbs total, will be 1 or 2 of the following:  rump roast, pike's peak roast, chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, arm roast, osso buco shanks, or short ribs. Ground Beef, ~6lbs, typically 2lb packages   Animal and Shipping Information: Shipping Our products are shipped from Denton, Texas.  Order online and have local, small farm beef delivered to your door.   We will ship on Mon/Tue/Wed only so that the product doesn’t risk sitting in a terminal over the weekend.   Product is shipped frozen and will arrive cold and thawed or partially thawed.  If you have special requirements, please send us a message, most likely we can accommodate you.
