Using a glass carboy for fermentation allows you to monitor the process, and check/admire the color and clarity of your beer or wine. Perfect for aging / clarifying / long-storing wine and beer, the tapered neck of this glass carboy minimizes headspace, and reduces the chance of oxidation. Use with a rubber carboy bung/stopper and an airlock for best results.
