Sun-Dried Tomato Halves

Liven up dishes, pasta, and salads with our sun-dried tomatoes. Organically grown and dried in the Mediterranean sun they have a  sweet-tart taste and are great for pasta, salads, pizza, and chips. They are Exquisite in salads, whether served alongside grilled vegetables or tossed in rice or pasta salads. Adds a nice boost of color and flavor to healthy dishes. These Sun-Dried Tomatoes are lightly salted to aid the drying process but contain no other ingredients. They range from rich brick-red to deep red-brown in color. Larger pieces are sometimes a bit crisp along the edges but tend to be dense and chewy unless rehydrated first.The drying process helps our Sun-Dried Tomatoes capture and intensify all the great, summery flavors of fully ripe, fresh tomatoes. Sun-Dried Tomatoes may tend to be slightly sweeter than fresh tomatoes as well.
