New Yorker magazine August 11 1951 J.D Salinger Catcher in the Rye review and quotations

The New Yorker Magazine, August 11 1951, the complete issue in nice shape.  Garrett Price illustrated the cover.  This issue has a six-page review of the new J.D. Salinger book "The Catcher in the Rye," with some extensive quotations from the book, and more.  The pages are crisp and clean, without a hint of foxing or any other staining, nothing missing, tight to the staples, some stress marks along the spine. Strictly graded VG/Fine; it was put away when brand new (along with many others we have) by an obsessive New Yorker collector from whom we acquired it, untouched since new until now.
