My Lip Liners pencils are simply packaged yet very effective lip liners.  They look like a pencil and they go on like a crayon. They have  a very nice consistency, not dry, not too soft.  They do the job easily and effectively.     ~ Jill xo  Pro-Tip: I smudge the lip liner into the lip area for extra hold.
