Soft Blond Brow Pencil defines, sculpts and shapes perfect brows.  Soft Blond Brow Pencil is a mineral based waterproof formula. It means that once you put it on, it'll stay on until you take it off.  The pencil is a double-ended pencil. One side to apply the pencil color and the other side a spoolie to fine tunes the application and  blends.  I always recommend brushing brows upward. I recommend sharpening with my Duo pencil sharpener.
