Into my heart, into my heart,Spread into my heart, Lord Jesus;Make home today and have Your wayIn all of my heart, Lord Jesus.The hymn “Into My Heart” is inspired by Paul's prayer in chapter 3 of Ephesians, where he prays "That Christ may make His home in your heart through faith." This prayer is the center of our experience of Christ for the building up of his church. After we receive Christ as our Savior, He needs to spread Himself into all the inward parts of our heart, which includes our mind, emotion and will – our soul. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father, of whom every family in the heavens and on earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit into the inner man, that Christ may make His home in your hearts through faith,
