This broth kit comes from a small flock of turkeys we raised on our farm last year and kept frozen until we were ready to release them. It includes the parts we save specifically for making rich, flavorful turkey broth at home. Each kit contains a combination of turkey neck, liver, and heart, packaged together and ready to simmer low and slow. This is an excellent base for soups, gravies, sauces, and cooking grains when you want deeper flavor from simple ingredients. We do not have plans to raise turkeys again, so availability is limited to the turkey we currently have on hand.
