Our ground turkey comes from a small flock of turkeys we raised on our farm last year and kept frozen until we were ready to release them. Ground fresh and packaged in one-pound portions, it’s an easy, dependable staple to keep on hand for quick meals. Mild in flavor and versatile, this ground turkey works well in everything from tacos and chili to pasta sauces, meatballs, and skillet dinners. It’s a clean, farm-raised option you can use anywhere you’d normally reach for ground meat. We do not have plans to raise turkeys again, so availability is limited to the turkey we currently have on hand.
