Lemar and Her Magical Pets

Little did Lemar know that pets require lots of care and attention. While playing in her backyard, Lemar finds a green gemstone.  Imaginative Lemar insists that this gemstone has magic and she attempts to wish for a pet! But does the gemstone really have magic?  Quickly, Lemar throws out one request after another to find that perfect pet she is looking for, only to find, that pets are hard work. Eventually, Lemar learns that pets are more than fun friends, they are a huge responsibility. This  children's book  teaches children simple facts about pets and some animals with a twist of imagination and spontaneous magic.
