Large Grip Epoxy Resin and Wood Pen or Mechanical Pencil, Ergonomic Grip for More Comfortable Writing, Fancy Handmade Pen, Arthritis Pencil

Every item that my husband and I make is lovingly, slowly, mindfully handcrafted.  Each is it’s own unique little piece of functional art. Opie makes his own blanks, which are the wood blocks that are put on the lathe to be turned into pens, pencils etc.  This is so that we can choose our wood for functionality, aesthetics and sustainability. This also gives him the ability to make them any size that he wants, allowing him to turn larger grip writing instruments or handles so as to be comfortable to a greater diversity of people with different needs. We have discovered, from listening to family, friends and customers that a larger grip can be helpful for people with arthritis, carpal tunnel, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, dysgraphia, and other physical or neurological conditions that make slimmer pens more difficult or painful to use.
