Our Timor is a crowd favorite, when available ! Luckily we have a good stock this year.  Timor is very much a blend of 2 worlds, that being said it, the coffee is grown in Indonesia which has the influences of the climate and terroir but it is processed the same as most Central American coffee, using the washed processed method.
