Beginner level.Includes: PDF/Letter File -  Projector File The Saltwater Set is offered in sizes 0-3 months - child size 6. There is a dress option as well as a romper option. Long or short sleeves are available for both. Dress and romper each have an option for a gathered high waist or a plain straight front. The romper neckband offered enough stretch to dress feet first. The neckline can be worn at neck or off the shoulders. Sleeve hems can be finished with elastic just like the neck, lettuce edge or a hem of your choice.  The pattern is designed to sew with knit fabrics.
