Spectacular 1920s/1930s shocking pink silk blend bias cut dress with deco seaming, a split back draped panel, and the most amazing puff sleeves with rows of ruffles. Side seam snap closures. Ribbon is not part of dress, just used for styling  Condition: Good for age; slightly as is. A couple small mends and tears to ruffles on sleeves that are camouflaged and.
