1920s Merlot Silk Velvet & Lace Bell Sleeve Dress

Incredible 1920s drop waist wine/merlot silk velvet and lace bell sleeve dress. Deco lines on the dress where the velvet attaches to the lace with gathers at the back shoulders. Pulls on over head with no closures  Condition: Good for age; two areas under arms where there is some balding to velvet, looks like a waist seam was maybe added, an some small repairs to a few areas of lace as shown. Overall presents beautifully   Measurements - best for a S- smaller M due to upper arms/ shoulders Bust: 38-40" max Shoulders: 18" Sleeve length: 25 1/2" Bicep: 13" Waist: 28-34" Hips: 50" max Length: 50"
