Unique and remarkable 1930s jet black silk velvet mid length low back gown with exaggerated shoulders with gathering, tie closure at back neck, with self covered buttons at sleeve hems and 3D self fabric and lamé bow detailing at rear. Low back is quite low and would need a skirt slip, or something of the sort  Condition: good-great, added seam with gathering is at shoulder, small surface abrasion on skirt and bodice.   Measurements Bust: 34-38" max Shoulders: 16" but fit up to 18" Sleeve length: 25" Bicep: 13" Waist: 28-30" High hip: 32/33"  Hips: 38" Length: 41"
