Rare Custom Made 1940s Sequined Rowed Yarn Skirt

Rare on many levels, there is one or two pieces of ‘John Frederics’ clothing I’ve been able to track down, as the designer was more well know for millinery/ hats. This skirt is custom made and consists of wool yarn, circa 1930s/1940s, and is made up of hand applied sequins and pink velvet bows. Hook and eyed closures at waistline with early snaps used down the hip opening. Completely one of a kind piece with hours and hours worth of work, won't see another one like it  Condition: Good for age but slightly as is; shows minor wear throughout. Some areas where sequins are applied have gaps/ missing sequins. Hand stitched elements that are shown, as well as some distressing to waistband  Measurements Waist: 26" Hips: 46" Length: 32"
