Operate your Wouxun KG-UV3Q dual-band radio via your cigarette lighter port in your car or GoalZero YETI powerstation in place of the radio's battery, so that you can save your battery power for when you need it. Slides on in place of the extended Li-Ion battery then just plugs into your DC port.
