*This option is for half of a turkey, split down the backbone and breastbone. These cook up much faster than a whole turkey! Our pastured turkey is humanely raised with ample space to explore and run (much to the dismay of the grasshopper population). Supplemented with a corn-free ration composed primarily of locally-grown barley and added nutrients (such as fishmeal, alfalfa meal, sunflower seeds, raw milk, etc.), we believe our birds provide the deliciously juicy and savory turkey you’ve been looking for! *Cash customers receive a 3% discount.
