Reservation Information: Reserve your quarter beef with a $400.00 non-refundable deposit (to be applied to your final purchase price). Your final cost will be based on $5.50/lb actual hanging weight (processing fees included). If you are unfamiliar with hanging weight, please see the second image for further information. This 21-day dry-aged quarter beef bundle will be available the end of April. All sales of beef will require pickup from the Kiowa Locker Plant in Kiowa, KS unless delivery arrangements have been made by April 3rd.
