New Mexico Earth Pigment Watercolor Palate

This handmade watercolor paint set was crafted with earth pigments from across New Mexico. Each color was created by foraging for natural materials, then using a mortar and pestle to crush them into a fine dust. This pigment is then blended with gum arabic, creating vibrant, ‬earth-toned watercolors that reflect the beauty and unique hues of our desert surroundings‭. ‬ Each paint color is mixed and poured by hand. Small imprefections such as crack in the surface are a normal part of the process.  Ingredients: rock dust, ashes, gum arabic, clove oil
