The Smittybilt SRC rack ticks those boxes. Constructed of over-built 2 x .120 wall textured powder coat painted steel tubing, backed by heavy duty 1/4 brackets. It includes removable cross-bars for an easy removal on both a Hard Top or a Soft Top. These cross bars have been designed to be used with most aftermarket accessories regardless of the brand (Yakima, Thule, etc). It has four mounting points, which allow an eve weight distribution across the vehicles. Two of them attach to the front door mounts, and the other two to the rear frame.
