This made to order series celebrates Claude Cahun's enduring influence on art and queer history with new compositions derived from one of their most celebrated photographs: a weight-training flapper who's gender is simultaneously illegible and yet undeniably on display. To honor Cahun's legacy a portion of the profits from this shirt will be donated to the Trans Youth Emergency Project to support access to live-giving gender-affirming care in states where it is banned.  For this design we took two alternate shots from this 1920s self portrait series, less well-known than the leading image (included in this product images) and made an additional print with the text on Cahun's shirt "I AM IN TRAINING DON'T KISS ME".  Pick your favorite version and we'll hand print it on a ribbed tank just for you.
