Wishful Make-Upping! is a neon glow pink base with various shades of flakes throughout. May I Admire You Again Today? is a neon pink color shifting chunky glitter and glitter shards Wishful Make-Upping, Oh No You Didn't, I am Definitely The Boss, and So What Am I Supposed To do all share the same base.   Wishful Make-Upping may vary in color a bit from the other neon glow bases due to the addition of flakes. This dip is inspired by Pretty In Pink and 80s Movie Quotes.  It is a part of the Movie Inspired Collection and Neon Collection  The glow dip powders may need to be "charged" in a light to get them to glow in the dark, but a lamp can be used. Make sure to shake the jar before dipping to enhance the glowing effect.  Photos are taken in various types of lighting to ensure an accurate representation of colors.
