Don't Worry Be Happy! Shimmery Glow Dip Powder

These dip powders are neon shimmer glow powders. You may need to "charge" them in a light to get them to glow in the dark, but a lamp can be used. Make sure to shake the jar before dipping to enhance the glowing effect.  Don't Worry Be Happy is a shimmery neon yellow.  It glows a greenish color in the dark. This dip is inspired by Lisa Frank and the 90s.    Don't Worry Be Happy has the same glow neon base as Ma Called! The Bees are Back and Out of Order.  Don't Worry Be Happy! will be a lighter and less bold due to the nature of the shimmery dip.
