Mount Veeder Morning Cuvee

Blackberry | Thyme | Bittersweet Chocolate Medium roast. In partnership with our friends at The Hess Collection, we developed the Mount Veeder Morning Cuvée to capture the essence of the winery's estate Cabernet Sauvignon.  Mountain vines grow small, intensely flavored grapes with firm structure, blue- and black-fruit flavors, and savory herbaceous notes including thyme and sage.  We found similar flavors in coffee lots from Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Sumatra, and worked with the Hess team to assemble a blend worthy of their 40+ year legacy crafting ageworthy wines atop Mount Veeder.  12oz. or 5lb. bag of whole beans.
