 500ml glass bottle of  extra virgin olive oil Derived from a single varietal (the Manaki olive), our extra virgin olive oil is consistently delicious with a smooth, buttery texture, and grass and artichoke notes, it boasts a versatile extra virgin olive oil suitable for all cuisines. Low acidity (less than 0.30%), and low peroxide value (9 meg) help ensure our oil’s healthful benefits and extended freshness due to its low oleic acid levels, it can be used to cook in high heat, if desired, without compromising its health benefits lacking bitterness. It is an excellent substitute for butter in cakes, cookies and other baked goods (click on the recipes tab for inspiration!). Hand-picked, extracted solely by mechanical means and packaged in a dark glass bottle to help extend shelf life.
